A one night deposit Is Required at the time of the reservation.  This rate will be honored 3 days before and 3 days after the event.

The cut-off date for this rate is February 25th, 2025

Please Note:  The hotel allows parking for only ONE vehicle per room for overnight hotel guests.

This hotel policy will be strictly enforced and cars Will be towed.  Carpooling is Essential!

(There is limited free overnight parallel parking along River Road only.  No other overnight parking is available in Gatlinburg).

If you are attending for the Day only:  The free park & ride lots are located at the City Hall Complex on Hwy 321 and the Gatlinburg Welcome Center on Spur Road. 

There is no overnight parking at either of these facilities.
